Brief Answer:
Kindly upload photo or xray of your gums for medications.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query.

I have read your query. As far as antibiotics for gum disease you are asking i like to say that medication are prescribed according to diagnosis and treatment plan.
If you can upload photo or radiograph of your gums then it will be helpful for me to give you medication.
Inmeantime i will suggest you take medication like ofloxacillin with ornidazole or Doxycillin by consulting with local doctor. Do warm saline rinses two to three times a day.
