Regarding vaginal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

Most likely it is bacterial vaginosis which due to alteration of vaginal flora(with anaerobes). It is not an STD but it is more common in females with multiple sexual partners.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Brief Answer:
Bacterial vaginosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Bacterial vaginosis is an exclusively female infection. It doesn't affect males. It is the result of altered vaginal flora due to factors like having multiple partners and frequent sexual activity rather than due to transmission of infection from sexual partners. It is not an STD.
Take care.
