Question: Can a cervical Fusion Be achieved at the c-5 to c-7 Level, If There are Disc replacments left inside the c- spine, At the same levels that are going to be fused ? Will The Disc replacments alow the fusion to take place if they are not removed at the time of fusion ?

Fusion doesn't mean only bone to bone attached.

Hi again. I see there is need to explain some terms.
Fusion in spine surgery doesn't mean only bone to bone fusing with each other, but means also when different segments of vertebral column are stabilized.
In order to maintain the height between vertebrae, there is need for different materials to be used if natural disc is consumed and artificial discs are part of this technique ( Spinal fusion).
If you have placed such discs before and they are positioned normaly, then there is no need they to be removed. So spinal fusion can be achieved with hardware including artificial intervertebral discs. Hope I responded your concern. Best regards.
