Hi, welcome to HCM,
Xalatan and Dorzolamide are both ophthalmic preparations for local use in eyes for glaucoma.
Xalatan can cause local pigmentation, darkening, blurring and burning.
Dorzolamide can cause local allergy, irritation, burning.
Both do not cause tinnitus.
Tinnitus is due to middle ear problem and can occur on exposure to loud noise, infection, certain drugs like streptomycin. Please consult an ENT specialist.
