Question: for antiinflamation enzomac forte is good or signoflam.signoflam causes heavy gas problem?does it need to eat after gas tablet. does enzomac forte creates direah?

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Yes Signoflam causes acidity and it should be best taken with meals and in conjugation with antacids preferably Ranitidine or Pantoprazole.
Enzomac forte is an enzyme containing tablet and usually doesn't cause acidity as it doesn't contain pain killer as Signoflam contains. However yes it can cause loose stools, but not so commonly.
You should take Ranitidine or Pantoprazole with either of both the drugs.
