I have gone through your entire problem . In my opinion Restless leg syndrome (RLS) sensations have a varied presentation ranging from pain or diffuse aches aches in the muscles. During our practise we usually see patients complaining of pain and restlessness and more frequently then just restlessness features . So its quite common to have pain in this Syndrome.
