On why one is on the Prozac MUCH more than the drug itself.
I really don't know where people get this "I'm taking ____, so I can't drink any alcohol". I've heard it about every pharmaceutical. Of course with sedatives this is true. This would include most drugs of abuse, many psych drugs, most anti-epileptics but not Prozac. M A Y B E Wellbutrin/bupropion, but not Prozac.

But, alcohol interacts with MOST reasons to be on Prozac. It is a depressant. It makes depression worse. It lowers inhibitions and makes bad behaviors worse. It interacts with anxiety and alcohol withdrawal from even one drink makes anxiety worse. It is often illegal if taken by people under age 21 and when the police arrest you if you are drunk it will go much harder on you.

"A few drinks" at age 18 could be a sign of problem drinking. Prozac might increase the likelihood of doing regrettable behavior in some people and it could cause drinking to excess in some people.
Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, the psychiatric conditions to be on Prozac are a reason to not have "a few drinks" --especially under age 21.
