Following is my Opinion for your asked question.

AZO UTI can be given to your child if she has urinary tract infection symptoms especially Burning Micturition.

I suggest you Confirm her diagnosis of UTI first by following investigations....
_Urine routine microscopic examination
_Urine culture
_CBC

If above reports suggestive of UTI than AZO UTI can be given. Additionally she need to be given Sensitive antibiotic course as well to treat UTI completely.

Give her lots of water and fruit juice if report positive for UTI.

Kindly revert back with reports once done.
