Question: On the 1st of March,i had sex with a call girl.Following is cronology of events,
1.She gave me a blow job with a condom on all the time.
2.I fingured her vagina with my index finger.I put a condom on my index finger and fingured her vagina.
3.She put a condom on my penis and we had intercourse,i dont know if she came but i withdrew from her due to lack off proper erection,upon withdrawl i realised that my penis did not have condom on it....it remained in her vagina,which she pulled out of her vagina....could i have been infected with HIV,today is the 4th and since a couple of hours back,i am having shoulder pain.

The probability of acquisition of HIV through sex with torn or slipped condom with an infected partner is equivalent to that of having unprotected sex which could be 0.4% . HIV can't be diagnosed on the basis of symptoms ,it requires substantiation of a positive HIV result. Here it is more difficult to predict the risk because the HIV status of sex worker is not mentioned( I assume it 'unknown)
So though l the risk of you contracting HIV in this scenario is extremely low still to buy peace of mind you can for HIV test at base and another at the three-month mark to be sure of your status.

Base 'means the first test after the exposure

Base 'means any HIV test for the first time after the exposure. Usually this is not recommended one. the patient report late for whom we recommend this only, at the end of three months of exposure to cover up for XXXXXXX window period of the HIV .
