You have to remove polyp .

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns
As you are having endometrial polyp you should go for hysteroscopic guided Dialatation and curettage with endometrial biopsy and removal of polyp.
Treatment of polyp depending upon your symptoms and size of polyp because it may cause excessive bleeding and may cause cancer.

Thank you very much for your response.

"hysteroscopic guided Dialatation and curettage with endometrial biopsy and removal of polyp."

Could you please kindly tell the name of the surgery for above. Is it just hysteroscopic guided Dialatation [D & C]

Could you please let me know if there is no medication which could be given to treat this ? Is surgery the only option ? If yes, Is this painful ?
How long does it take for the surgery to complete. I am consulting at Manipal hospital XXXXXXX for treatment. Would you suggest any specific place ? I am attaching my blood and urine test report.
