Brief Answer:
Transmission of infection is a possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting us with your health concern

Sexually transmitted infections can be present asymptomatically in some individuals. And they can act as carriers transmitting the infection to another person.

Hi again,

Thank you for the clarification.

Brief Answer:
Infection cannot be transmitted via UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

The infection will not be transmitted to another person if you have a urinary tract infection.
You must have STD infection in order to transmit the infection. However, since the test came back negative in your case, there is nothing to be worried about.
