Are Tiny Dark Spots On The Tongue Of A Child While On Augmentin For Ear Infection A Concern?

Question: Dear Dr

My four year old develop some tiny dark brown spots on his tongue . He is currently on augmentin for ear infection and is recovering well .

May I know the cause of it?

I have seen both the images.
This looks like a normal response to me.
This does not seem like any pathological process for disease related.
This is not related to the antibiotic therapy also.
