Brief Answer:
You can practice breathing techniques

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I am sorry to know about your life experiences.

There are two ways to deal with these.
One is cognitive behavioral therapy and coping skills training which includes role playing, assertiveness training, relaxation exercises, practicing sleep hygiene and regular exercise. These are done under guidance of psychotherapist, counsellor or psychiatrist.

Second type is stress reduction with meditation. I find Breathing based meditation very effective in PTSD. It can be learnt in a short program and practiced daily to have a trauma-free mind. Sending a link about research on it in PTSD for your reference: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC0000/

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
