I'll be taking a 10:30 hours flight to Argentina the day after tomorrow. What would you sugest me to do ?
I was thinking of taking half of 50 mg capsule of Pycnogenol if there is now hazard.

Brief Answer:
No significant drug interaction between them.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
xeralto is a blood thinner. It acts on coagulation cascade and it prevent clotting of blood.
pycnogenol improve the blood circulation. However there is no any significant drug interactions are there between xeralto and pycnogenol.

Now comes to dosage of drugs, you should take xeralto in prescribed dosage. You should not change the dosage.

pycnogenol is use for in dose of 45-300 mg per day to improve the circulation. So dosage less than 45 mg will be not effective and of no use.

It is prescription based medicine so you should consult a doctor and take it on written prescription with accurate dosage according to need.
