Brief Answer:
You can safely take moringa capsules safely at recommended dose

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Moringa has been used widely in traditional medicine for treating inflammatory and certain infectious diseases. In western countries it is used as a dietary supplement. Moringa contains many essential nutrients (vitamins, amino acids and mineral elements) and antioxidants and bioactive compounds. Several previous researches have shown that moringa decreases bad cholesterol in the body, strengthens immune system and has anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory properties. However, there is no enough evidence about side effects and drug interaction of Moringa. Certain parts of moringa plant such as root may be hazardous to the body.

The moringa capsule contains 500-600 mg of leaf powder. It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day. You can safely take this dose for the general well-being.

Hope, this information is helpful for you. Please, feel free to ask me if there is anything else you need to know.

Thank you.
