Are Negative 4th Generation HIV Tests At 32 Days Of Possible Exposure Conclusive?

Question: Hi Doctor, Please help me in understanding the accuracy and conclusiveness of test results I took for HIV detection.

History:
33 days back, I had a lap dance with a stripper for 10 minutes.
Stripper kissed me open mouth 3 times (not intense) each for a short duration. Only little saliva exchange, No cuts or sores in my or stripper’s mouth ( I checked her mouth again going back).
I touched her genital on the surface thrice, no finger insertion or stimulation. No cuts on my hands and her vagina was dry as skin. After this went straight to rest room used hot water (~60 degree Celsius) to wash my hands, used soap and hand sanitizer excessively. Also, repeated to rinse my mouth with hot water.

Suspected risk activity:
After cleaning my hands, I used my fingernails to scrap white coating on my tongue. No bleeding seen on tongue due to this. Very rarely I blood spots on my tongue when I scrap with finger nails. Worried if any deposits on my finger nails which escaped hot water, soap and hand sanitizer).
I masturbated next day morning in my underwear which I wore to strip club. But it was always inside my thick jeans when I was in strip club.
I went back to club and spoke to stripper again. She informed me that she is hiv negative (last she checked was an year back), stripping since 5 months, mother of 2 children and she is on birth control with no periods.
Also, I do not have any symptoms of HIV early stages as I read over the internet.
But due to anxiety and stress about possible exposure to hiv by reading through various articles in internet and also based on doctors recommendations for peace of mind, I went ahead to take these hiv tests:
At 15.5 days suspected exposure, I took (Aptima HIV RNA Qualitative Assay, an in Vitro Nucleic Acid assay system by TMA method) test – Results came back negative.
At 32 days of suspected exposure, I took (Human Immunodeficiency Virus 1/O/2 (HIV-1/O/2) Antigen/Antibody (Fourth Generation) Preliminary Test with Cascade Reflex to Supplement) test – Results came back non-reactive (negative).
So can you please let me know with the given history and test results can I consider these test results to be conclusive or is there any follow up tests necessary?

Brief Answer:
No risk for HIV in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your query and understand the concern you are worried about and being your physician try to solve it at the earliest.

You had only kissing and external touching of genitals with stripper then you need not to worry as there is no risk of getting HIV through both the activities.

You had cleaned your tongue with fingernails after washing the hands with soap and sanitizer with warm water then in this case also there is no risk of getting the infection so forget about the incidence and don't get scared about HIV.

4th generation HIV Duos test is non-reactive after 32 days which is considered highly reliable and conclusive and there is no exposure in your case so as such no any follow-up test is required. You are absolutely risk free and safe.

Still if you want to get tested again then go for 4th generation Duos test after 3 months as per routine guidelines. Be relaxed, don't get stressed or anxious and move ahead in life. Stay happy and healthy always. For any further query you can ask me again and I am available here to help you out straight way.

Thank You
