Question: Thank you for your answer.
Now I understand your point.
one possible is only for if person has the problem for immunity.. so no inflammation happen directly and no encapsulation happen. and.then 1yr after problem could start form blood virus
Last question is below.
What if the our macrophage could not engulf or eat the wood particle which being stuck in the layer of endocardium..and inflammation doesn't finished and continue... do you think what happen after 1yr and could we know easily at that time(eventhough that particle is very small? )
if it is not possible... or inflammation doesn't finished and then surly big problem happen.. I could finish my irrational imagination....
Pls. explain me with medical knowledge..Thank you very much.

Brief Answer:
Surely it depends upon immunity

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to me .

The outcome always depend upon the immunity of the person. At your age immunity will be good unless you have other major diseases.

1)If immunity is low then body cells can't prevent the particle from harming the body. The particle continues to harm and cause symptoms like chest pain , weakness etc. To act upon such a small particle too much strong immunity is not needed. Low immunity person can also fight with that.

2)if immunity is good then there will be formation of a layer over the particle. Once this layer is formed brain will be sent signal and inflammation stops. In rare cases when inflammation continues then again you will get symptoms like fever, Weakness ,increase in total count and CRP. I suggest you to get your CRP levels checked. If it is increased that indicates some inflammation is going in body , though it is not specific of body part.

3)If macrophages can't control the particle , then the particle will act upon the body and cause chest pain.

4)Suddenly after 1 year unlikely that something happens. It should start when the particle enter and within a month or two symptoms will start.

5)If inflammation goes on , it affects functioning of heart. As your ECHO has come normal means heart is functioning normal. If it would had affected your heart then it may be diagnosed by ECHO. After so much time freshly nothing will start.

6)Body immune response to a virus and particle is different. Particle will be less aggressive and easily controllable. In case of virus they produce chemicals and they will be strong and different variety.

Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.
