Brief Answer:

My suggestion.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your query and understand your concern regarding the dosage of bupropion.

If I were your treating doctor, l would not increase the bupropion dose more than 300mg, as it may have the risk of seizures.

Anyway, it is mentioned by you that you are not able to notice any improvement with these high doses.

So, it is better to switch off to another safest drug like ESCITALOPRAM, which would work better both for depression and anxiety.

I would like to advise you to discuss with your doctor regarding the switching of the drug.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
