Brief Answer:
Herbal treatment not effective in prostate gland treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

Urologists don't recommend any herbal supplements for prostate treatment.
They are not found to be effective in relief of symptoms.

Allopathic drugs are very effective in treatment of prostate gland symptoms.
They don't interact with Warfarin treatment in any way.

You can safely suggest to your friend's husband about this.
Wish him well.
