I understand your concern. I am Dr. Arun Tank & I am infectious disease specialist answering your concern.

- Oral sex carries less risk of HIV, but receptive male to male sex carries high risk of HIV.

- Burning sensation on feet and pain in my lower bottom of body is not HIV related symptoms.

- When did this incident happen? Have you tested for HIV? What is the HIV status of active partner if known?

If you have anything else to ask I will be very happy to answer that. We wish you a best health at healthcare magic.

Thank you,

Today I went out for lunch and I felt stamach ache , I felt so bad that I was not able to tell the lady at the restaurant what I wanted. After I eat felt better . I had a diabete test two weeks ago and I was fine but the burning feet could be diabete. The reality is that I feel that I am going to pass out from time to time is not a great sensasion. Should I ask for a diabete test?. I do not know the status of the persons that I had oral sex with . I don't considred myself XXXXXXX because I have lived my entire life as a stright man and lately I have started experimenting with oral sex with men. I have giving it twice for a short period of time without ejaculation and I have received it twice that is it. I feel some guilt for doing it because I am not used to this. The first time I give it to a men the next day I felt dizzy and that sensation lasted almost two weeks . The second time another men sucked my dick and i sucked his for few minute because I wanted to know how it tastes . The next day I felt burning sensations on my feet and pain in my lower bottom of my body, I have been that way since Sunday. Sometimes I feel that I need to take time off from work until I feel better. I feel that if this symptoms were the result of Hive I should not be be feeling this way for more than three weeks. It been three weeks since I am feeling horrible.

Brief Answer:
Get HbA1c test done. your symptoms not of HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
- You should think of testing of HbA1c, as how your glycemic control for diabetes during past three month.

- Burning pain in feet, pain in lower half of the body, dizziness, could be due to diabetic neuropathy, and should be checked by physician. Such symptoms never be because of HIV.

- HIV related symptoms or flu like symptoms or worst flu symptoms starts after 2 to 3 weeks of infection.

- Oral sex have minimum risk of HIV. While anal sex have maximum risk of HIV.

- You can test your self for HIV, if you are afraid of HIV for peace of mind.

Brief Answer:
Allay anxiety and wait for report..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

- You are little more anxious about HIV. Until you have report in your hand thinking and worrying regarding HIV is useless, worrying regarding HIV won't change your status. So worrying is use less.

- All your symptoms of gastric flu is I think related to diabetes and has no relation to HIV. Because such a symptoms of gastric flu only takes place in full blown HIV.
Drink plenty of fluids.
- We hope for your good report.

I will be happy to answer your further query.
