Brief Answer:
You dont need penegra

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns about high DFI and low morphology.

You dont penegra as it wont help you . You can continue paterna.

Make some lifestyle changes as below

1. Stop smoking and alcohol if you have any habit.

2. Lose weight if you are overweight.

3. Please follow regular exercise regimen under a trainer in a gym.

4. I suggest you have low calorie diet.

5.Repeat semen analysis after 3 months to see improvement.

6. Meanwhile you can go ahead with another IUI cycle.

Thanks Doctor.

Just thought of asking for my wife. After 2 IUI, she was given Recagon - 50 and the follicle didn't grow and the next month, they prescribed Menodac -75, but after taking 6 injections, the follicle is not growing.

Previously she was responding to all these injection, but over the last 2 months, where we are trying for the 3rd IUI, her follicle is not growing.

Can you please suggest what we should do? Should we give a gap?

Thanks Doctor.

I dont smoke and very rarely have alcohol(occasionally). Started doing exercise, but the only issue is with weight. I am over weight and trying to lose weight.

Do i need to take any medication? Or should i look at operating my varicocele? I consulted urologist earlier and they advised to operate the varicocele and that will improve.

Please suggest.

Brief Answer:
No need to operate for varicocele

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Follow low calorie diet and exercise regimen continuously for next 3 months to lose weight.

There is no need to operate for varicocele.

Lose weight first. If no improvement seen in 3 months you can think about varicocele surgery.
