Brief Answer:
Face the challenges. Do not shy and stressed

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend.
Thanks for the answers.

I need to know much more about you for a proper diagnosis. For that, I need to talk to you either through phone or face to face.

Anyway for the time being, it is almost clear that you are stressed and disappointed due to the relationship issues and career issues.

You are Islam. The girl is from another religion. If you don't want to convert to her religion, you can always convince her on a middle path. You be Islam and let her be in her religion. There are so many couple living in such an arrangement. Convincing ability is important. If you are in a good relationship, and if your partner is also in good relationship with you, there may not be any problem in the middle path. In fact, both of you fell in relationship knowing each others religion and the problems that may have to be faced in future. Take the middle path.

Regarding your job. Please understand that the career path is always bumpy. Not only for you, everyone experiences the same. If you are capable enough, you will get another job. So try to be capable. Improve your knowledge and ability. Work hard to achieve the career education and skills. Nobody can lay you. If you are perfect, organizations will come in search of you. Then you will dictate terms.

Most important thing to understand here is: You are not alone. There are many such people around you (everywhere) who goes through such tumultuous situation. You are in a crossroad, not at the end of a road. You have to chose a new direction so that you excel and be a success. Think in this way, IF MY COMPANY DO NOT NEED ME, THEN I TOO DON'T NEED THEM. BY LAYING ME OFF, THEY ARE CERTAIN TO LOOSE A COMPETENT PROFESSIONAL. THEY DON'T DESERVE ME.

If you start worrying for every negative thing that happen in your life, you will reach nowhere.

Take these are challenges. If one door closes, several other doors open.

Don't worry about negative happenings. Negative things will happen in your life and that is the rule of life. You have to understand SETBACKS PREPARE YOURSELF FOR FURTHER SUCCESS. Every setback is a new lesson learned. Every lesson is an asset for you for your future.

All the best

Take care
