Brief Answer:
looks abdominal colic which is not serious ,but plz see the detailed ans.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Abdominal pain can have so many causes, and if not prolonged and not recurrent, and in an otherwise normal person it is very unlikely to have serious cause.
If other wise healthy, and no ALARM (described below) this can be because of the spasm of out intestinal muscles as sometimes it over reacts, specially if there is constipation .This is mostly temporary.
However if the pain is recurrent, or from a long time ,or have any ALARM symptoms then you should talk to your doctor. ALARM symptoms include high fever, persistent vomiting, blood in the stool, sever and unrelieved pain, tummy distention .If any of such symptoms are present, or if the pain persists , then you should talk to your doctor. Otherwise i hope its just a colic and would settle in some time

Hope I have answered your question. I would be glad to answer any further question if you have. Please don't hesitate to ask more.
Regards
Dr Rahman
