Question: After drinking water or eating food my stomach is getting heavy. I feel it's getting bilged(like ballon) after I take food items.

Hi,

You seem to be suffering with dyspepsia. I would suggest the use of antacid / proton pump inhibitor drugs for a month or two and see if you feel better. If you had been my patient, I would suggest cap sompraz L twice daily half an hour before food for 3-6 weeks.

I am happy the ultrasound scan is normal. But if symptoms persist despite medications, you will need to report back to the doctor. The doctor may consider an endoscopy with biopsy of gut.
