86 Year Old Female (mother) Has Red, Flat, Tiny Spots

Question: 86 year old female (mother) has red, flat, tiny spots on her back right shoulder stomach leg
Red flat spot Mark's r approximately 1/8 inch or smaller. What is most likely possible diagnosis?
Also, patient already has has cherry angiomas around her body for many decades previously & when comparing both, neither resembles the other. I have uploaded 2 photos of the patient for you to see. Thank you.
Adding: Patient does NOT have any itching, irritation, bleeding or discomfort from these lesions/red marks. No other general symptoms: no nausea, no fever, no headache, no discomfort. Patient does have cognitive decline, short & long term memory loss from dementia, so she cannot verify when she started seeing these red flat marks on her body. Is it possible to have Vitamin B12 deficiency & get these types of red flat marks on her body? Or could this be a sign of liver disease or cirrhosis of the liver?
There might be a "pattern" to some of these tiny red flat lesions so is it likely to be flea or mite bites or bed bug bites?

Brief Answer:
Looks like insect bite hypersensitivity reaction, apply topical steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It is not related to vitamin B 12 deficiency or cirrhosis of liver.
Most likely it seems to be an insect bite hypersensitivity reaction to bugs probably.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily for 10-14 days.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
If it doesn’t improve in 10 days I would recommend you to consult a doctor and get it evaluated further.

Dr Asmeet
