Brief Answer:
AST mildly raised

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
Your AST level is mildly raised not significant enough to call it as due to alcoholic hepatitis.
The enlarged liver could indicate fatty liver. I would like to go through the description in the report.
Kindly upload the ultrasound scan report and complete liver panel report.
Regards,
Dr.R.K
