Brief Answer:
with this report and no pain, nothing to worry.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
I have read your complaints and read the x ray report.
Mild reduction in disc space at L5-S1 is not a very significant finding and scoliosis ,sometimes is due to posture or pain also.
If you do not have any back pain or sciatic pain , then why were the x Rays done?
Surgical intervention is required only with very specific problems like severe disc prolapse .
In normal routine , even if you have backache , Conservative treatment remains the main treatment, Surgery is very rarely required. And No lifetime assistance is required.
If you feel so, you can consult any orthopedic Surgeon.
Thankxfor the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
