Hey thanks for the question . C3R is just the first part of treatment for keratoconus and it needs to be followed up by a contact lens trial for the final vision . It is a surgery done to stop the progression of the shape of the cornea which is like a cone instead of a hemisphere . Secondly there will be some glare after the surgery which will improve in a week . But the results of the surgery are very good and keratoconus usually halts after this .
