Hi doctor.

Yesterday I started having blurry vision while working, like a dot that prevented me from clearly reading. In the span of an hour I staryed having a headache, numbness to the lefst side of my face and my left arm. I started feeling nauseous and my vision started to get dark. I checked my blood pressure, it was 123/82 with heart rate of 100.
My blood pressure usually is below 120/80, around 110/70.
3 hours later my blood pressure is the same, the heart rate droped to around 90bpm. The headache contiued through the night. My question is what happened and should I see a doctor and what questions should I ask? Also I suffer from high cholesterol, however haven't been prescribed any medication.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, this has happened for the first time, I have not experienced symptoms like this before.
I'm not on any medications.

Brief Answer:
Opthalmologist consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You have higher refractive error in both eyes.

The symptoms you had can well be connected to the eye problem.

I would recommend a visit to your opthalmologist.

Considering your age, I would not think of any serious heart or brain problems.

Wish you good health.

Regards,
