Dr. Sree Gouri was quick in her response and her answer was in line with what I suspected the problem was.She gave me a name to the problem which I also googled to read more about. Her recommendations were also in line with what I thought should be done and she also gave additional recommendation that I didn't know about. I will be following her recommendations.
