Thank you Doctor. Yes your answers helped me through the critical stages of recovery. In fact I found that tapering was not a good alternative as I believe I was too far through withdrawals before I realized the cause. However, I did visit with my local internal doctor after two solid days of research and found that Gabapentin in combination with Ambien for sleep helped the nausea and sleep disruptions. I have begun tapering these medications as well and starting to feel much better. I did in fact return to work Monday this week with most severe symptoms seeming to affect me in the evenings. Much like you suggested, take your mind off it, seem to lighten the severity. 5 days sobriety as of 5:00 pm today. Thank you for your help and support. I would highly recommend this sevrvice this service to anyone. So much so I may have my daughter reach out to you for some GI track issues she has had for a few years now. Obviously it been manageable but the discomfort continues and no one has been able to help. Thank you again and god bless you and your colleagues and the services you offer. Sincerely Darren
