The microscopical examination of my stool report says few pus cells , +ve vegetable cells ,m.flakes, soap flake & micro-organism is present . The chemical examination says it is acidic in reaction& has -ve O.B.T. Urine report goes like this - acidic in reaction , faint traces of albumin , epithelial cells 4-6/hpf , pus cells 0-1/ hpf . What does they mean& how concerning it is ?
