Excellent, Knowledgeable in the medical questions I was asking. Was thorough in answering question's asked. Took a lot of time in reading extensive medical questions. I would go to him as a patient in person. This was the first time I have used any on-line medical service, I was extremely impressed. Answered question in a timely fashion. Some only minutes the longest 5 hours. Not knowing time zones was great! I cant get my own specialist own answer less than 24 hours . Took time was not just another number, please don't loss that quality, means a great deal to any patient be it on-line or in person. Was not just a throw out text book answer. Other than giving me the definition of disease . Highly recommend these services, also some times your Insurance company has these on-line doctors to assist you. Regardless always get a 2 opinion. on-line or in person. In my case this was a extensive question with a lot of medical history which had to be read to give any kind of answer, especially on-line. Thank You Dr. Kapoor hope you answered very extensive questions in a timely fashion with a great deal of great bedside manors. I think you are an excellent doctor and I thank you for your time and effort in answering my questions. I highly recommend this service to anyone that requires answers. Dr. Kapoor was polite, and answered the question I ask as I expected. My son is a Neuropsychologist, but you don't ask your kid these things. Thank you, I will follow up with an inquiry to see if the medications will be in harmony with the meds I already take.
