Hello:) My name is Michelle, and I had a consult online with Dr. Raghu. I was having some pretty severe pain and other symptoms like peripheral edema, abdominal distention, sensory ataxia (he diagnosed this for me), several disturbing things. He reviewed my information and gave me a report in 24 hours. I was very impressed with his level of concern and recommendations. I was able to speak with my physician on Sunday evening because of this (yesterday...amazing), and he's going to see me at 9 am today. Dr. Raghu's analysis of my information and final report caused my care to be viewed as urgent, and is allowing me to move forward with getting proper care faster than ever. It was more helpful than I ever thought. I have doctors of course, but I was feeling an impending physical crisis so I had to get some kind of advice. It's proven to be one of the best healthcare experiences I've had, even though I may get bad news after all. I'll always have this service. It's wonderful!
