Brief Answer: Spinal canal stenosis with osteoporosis Detailed Answer: Hi Thanks for your query. After going through your detail medical problem and based on your description, there are possibilities of- 1.Carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrist giving numb hands this can be confirm by EMG/NCV study and by clinical examination. 2. Regarding dragging of Right leg along with arthritis of spine there could nerve compression at lower spine (lumbar) region caused by canal stenosis or prolapsed disc. 3. Locking of shoulder we call it frozen shoulder which has common association with patient's having diabetes. 4. Osteoporosis In the follow up query please tell about the Blood pressure, medicine you are taking, your blood sugar level (diabetes), and thyroid hormone status. Take care and wish you good health Regards
