What Causes Itchiness And Irritation Which Makes The Eyes Red And Swollen?

My eyes are itchy, red and irritated, and the skin around them is red, swollen, and very painful. My eyes hurt, and I have a skin rash on my face and head that is red and itchy and comes and goes. My face itches almost all of the time. I cannot identify an allergen.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having itching and irritation of the eyes. These symptoms indicate allergy of the eyes. Since you are also having itching of the face the allergy is affecting the face also.
Most of the times allergen may not be identified and the allergen can be dust or plants....
Hence treatment by antihistaminic antiallergic drugss sufficient. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for prescription of drugs after examination.

Thank you
