I Am Suffering From Mental Disorder

Im 14. I think it may be a possibility I have a mental disorder. Im young and have no way to find out otherwise. I have extreme memory loss to point of not remembering people I've known for years. I have almost no memory of my life up until the last 6 months. There are times when my mood changes without warning to extreme depression then it changes to happiness and being hyper. Whenever I have to make a descision even a minor one, im conflicted. Fighting in my head , yelling and its just. confusing. I have seen things and heard things that arent real, I had to be told and shown they arent real before I would believe it. My parents arent accepting of anything. I would wake up with marks on my arms but I wouldnt remember how they got there. I just assumed they were self-inflicted. I get nervous to the point of being sick around big groups of people and have had near panic attacks when I am. It makes me feel trapped and claustrophobic. Im not on any medication at the moment. I just really need to know whats wrong with me. I know somethings wrong but I dont understand it. My perception of reality is distorted at times, I cant always tell whats real. It seems real at the time but afterwords it makes no sense. Please answer this the best you can, I have to know if its all in my head or if there really is something wrong with me. Thanks ~Luna
