Hello pelvi uretric junction obstruction might be causing renal involvement. uterine fibroid if small and symptomless may remain harmless. but for renal cause you must consult a uro logist and get few more investigation which will be asked by him done. why usg abdomen was asked . If reports and symptoms reveal any dignosis further evaluation /management is advisable. wish you good luck.

Hi, This finding is quite common & just need ultrasound follow up of the baby during pregnancy & a paediatriation review at delivery. If it remains mild, no side effects on baby. If it increases in severity then you may have to consult nephrologist for expert opinion. Take care.
