Hi. welcome to HCM, as the name only suggests its idiopathic means cause not known, but recent studies have now known that in 30-50% of patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria, the condition has an autoimmune basis, although confirmation of the diagnosis in these patients is not straightforward. Hi, You are having hyperhidrosis...excessive sweating. It may be idiopathic..i.e.without cause or secondary to some disease..like hyperthyroidism,DM,psychologic disorder..anxiety..etc If there is no other complaint,it may be idiopathic or psychologic.Avoid anxiety. Take fluoxetin 10 mg daily to reduce anxiety. Apply aluminium chloride solution on affected area twice a day...ok Dr.Ilyas Patel MD
