Some women may experience polymenorrhoea at some point. Polymenorrhea occurs when the menstrual cycle is less than 21 days.
This may be the reason for the blood that you are noticing. It can be caused by stress, hormonal disorders, infections, endometriosis, idiopathic (the cause is not known).
You can consider monitoring at this stage.
