What Could Cause Head Pressure?

thinking maybe csf leak. 18 months ago started with ear and back of head pressure. pressure is relieved when lying down and reoccurs early after rising from bed. very fatigued and hard to get thru the work day. strong metallic taste and dripping sinuses clear liquid. had sinus surgery for infections 12 months ago. lots of noise when turning my head crackling noise sound like coming from inner ear middle of rear of head and neck at skull base.

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms. I agree that based on your symptoms, we need to exclude CSF leak. This can be done by doing MRI brain with CSF flow studies.

In addition, we need to exclude a recurrence of sinusitis problem.

So, I would suggest you to consult an ENT first, and if the sinus problem is excluded, then, to meet a Neurologist.
