Noticed A Wart On The Toe

I believe i have a wart on one of my toes that has started to kill off the nail, i have seen a doctor who prescribed me Saltac which i have been using for some time but now the decay of the nail is becoming more severe, is there another form of treatment?

Topical creams/lotions containing salicylic acid and lactic acid are useful only in a superficial find of wart and not the wart embedded in the nail. For this kind of wart, removal of the nail and then removal of the wart is the best treatment. This can be done by following ways:
1. Surgical removal
2. Co2 Laser ablation
3. Radiofrequency Ablation
4. Cryotherapy
5. Chemical cauterization by phenol.

Dont worry we are talking about removal of nail and not the nail matrix, so you wont be losing your nail.
