What Is The Cause Of H. Pylori Infection And A Hernia?

I was just diagnosed with H pyloric and a hernia , this was the findings after an endoscopy . Can you tell me the cause and what to do to get rid of it? I am also concerned about gastric cancer my grandma maternal died with colon , pancreatic cancer and my mom is tesdted every couple of years and always has polyps, that are removed.

Hello,

H pylori is a bacteria.
It is present in more than 70 % of the population.
It is transmitted through the oral route.
It mostly infects the antrum of the stomach(upper part).
It is attributed to cause gastritis, gastric ulcer and gastric carcinoma.
A course of antibiotics and Proton Pump inhibitors are prescribed for treatment.
