i am 39yrs female, having thyroid, having 125mcg thronorm tabs, diabties borderline, overweight not been able to loss weight husband asking for having weight loss surgery, doctor prescribed for remylin d why it is used for, always tired, having joint pains don't eat fried food and sugars i am depressed what to do

Dont get depressed . stress and depression also cause weight gain.

thyroid problem(hypothyroidism) and diabetes will influence your body weight.kindly follow the proper medication,diet and exercise.



Advise to Diet and lifestyle:

Be hydrated.take 3-5 litres of water.
regarding your intake take less carbohydrate foods. ideally eat nutrient nourished food.

Add more leafy vegetables like spinach,gourd,cucumber,(avoid cabbage and cauliflower that will influence thyroid problem)

Add nuts Like almond,peanut,channa (recent studies says intake of nuts will not increase weight in diabetes patient.)

make your diet into 5 times/day. but your total calorie intake should remain the same.
Add millet(ragi,bajra like food)multi grain food pattern will help you in reducing weight.
Your joint pain and tiredness all because of your thyroid/diabete/overweight..

To regulate all together i advise you yoga to get rid of this problem.

If you are uncomfortable to follow the above advise like (avoid sugar,exercise,)
better go for surgery.
