bilateral ulnar nerve entrapment, PT for tennis elbow, pain
HELLO THERE my boyfriend has bilateral ulnar nerve entrapment , he has been going to PT for Tennis Elbow about 5 weeks now. There is lots of pain PT hasn t helped. Should he continue PT or go for further testing?? I worry about further damage that may occur. Thanks for any help.
I am suffering pain in my arm. I hope this is not tennis elbow.
I am a polo player , just a beginner, whenever u play I accidently hit the stick on the ground while taking a shot. This leads to pain in my arm I consulted a doctor , and he said that it might be a muscle pull but the pain persists I hope this is not tennis elbow.
Thanks for your query. It is due to sprain of muscles around the elbow. Give rest to elbow; apply crepe bandage, take pain-killers as and when required; do not lift heavy weights with the affected arm : there is no other way to cure it, EXCEPT for a plaster for 4 weeks (Not recommended).
It will take its own time to heal.
