I am having a vaginal itch with a lot of chalky and milky white discharge. The discharge is odorless but the inside of vagina feels swollen. Please help
The problem appears to be most precisely of "Candidal vulvovaginitis". It is fungal infection with milky/curdy/chalky discharge with itching and soreness inside the vagina. Most commonly is due to improper hygiene and as STD also. Take anti-fungal tablet by mouth as well as vaginal pessary to be inserted at night for 7 days. Maintain good hygiene.

this can because by a number of different possibilities including injury, infection or inflammation. Also if there is any problem with high blood pressure this could also contribute to this finding
I have these knots that are in my legs more than anywhere else they feel like little balls that roll around..my mom says they are muscle spasms..tension knots..
These 'knots' that you mention could be lipomas, if they are 'move' inside but to an extent. Lipomas are fatty tissue that can develop spontaneously or after trauma.
Usually they are harmless and do not need to be excised or removed but left alone.
If the overlying skin is normal, leave it alone. But if they are painful, it might be because there is a nerve underlying, see a doctor.
