What Can Severe Back Pain That Leave Me Short Of Breath Mean ?

OUCH!!!! lot of pain with a very bad back for days Hello, I m a 20 year old female with noooo bad medical history what-so-ever. Ive been in a lot of pain with a very bad back for days now It has only gotten more painful! It is now at the point where I m scared to bend over; when I bend over it leaves me very short of breath and puts a pain in my chest that will stay for minutes on end.. What can this be?!

this could be a bad muscular sprain or a catch resulted when you lifted something or did some work & got up in an wrong position.If the pain is more in some specific position when you sit or bend then it is sprain.please consult a doctor & take some pain killer with muscle relaxant.
