I have a cut on my lower back, just around the waist line that wont stop bleeding . It was a little over a year ago that this area began swelling, i think it was from my belt or something, and I was doing sit-ups and it got cut open. I went home and figured it was nothing and put on a band-aid....
I had noticed a lump on my crotch but I didn't get it checked out. Yesterday it was sore and swollen and today puss is coming out it went to white to green.
Thanks for your query. It is a boil due to staph infection. If it was single, and now erupted, let the pus flow out. It will dry up. Cover it with some antiseptic cream till it heals. No antibiotics required. maintain proper hygiene, keep crotch dry and clean.
