What Is The Treatment For Pain In Abdomen And Painful Urination?

i have pain in my belly button and lower left side of abdomen, pain (throbbing) in clitoris during urination which has become more frequent, sometimes not much comes out, sometimes it is normal but pretty cloudy most of the time..symptoms have been going on for about a week to 10 days

Thanks for consulting us.
Most likely you are having a urinary tract infection.
Drink plenty of water & have a Urine DR & CS test done. You probably need a course of Antibiotics to cure this.
It would be better if you see a Gynecologist with reports as the doctor will do a local examination of your abdomen & genitalia to rule out any other cause of these symptoms.
