Hi.Thanks for posting on HCM.
Pain, numbness and tingling are neurological symptoms which means one of the nerves supplying your hand might have been compressed. If you have diabetes get your blood sugars(get adequate treatment if they are high).I suggest to meet an orthopedician for further management.Hope this helps.Take care.
my wife is having chest pains, right arm numb and hurting, and can't catch her breath.
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Chest pain associated with right arm pain and numbness requires X-ray chest.
Pain in the chest can occur due to number of reasons.
Trauma, pneumothorax (air in pleural cavity), hemothorax (fluid in chest), muscular pain, fracture are few causes of pain in the chest.
Consult a pulmonologist for clinical examination, investigations and management.
