Pimples at your age are mostly due to androgens that makes the skin oil glands become larger and secrete more sebum. People with oily skin are more prone. Keep your skin clean by washing face and avoid dust/dirt. They generally subside on their own. But if you have severe acne, please visit your skin doctor. Pimples are caused by obstruction of sebaceous gland duct by dirt.
Sebaeous glands become overactive under the influence of sex hormones during adolescence.
You need to keep your skin clean by washing it regularly.
Avoid touching the pimples since it can lead to infection and thus scarring.
